Overview
A dust particle counter is an instrument used to measure the number of dust particles and their size distribution per unit volume in a clean environment. It can be widely applied to authoritative institutions such as drug inspection institutes, blood centers, disease control centers, and quality supervision institutes in various provinces and cities, as well as production enterprises and research departments in the electronics industry, pharmaceutical workshops, semiconductors, optical or precision mechanical processing, plastics, painting, hospitals, environmental protection, and inspection institutes.

The basic principle of the Y09-5100 air particle counter is that the detection laser of the optical sensor is scattered by dust particles and received by the photosensitive element to generate a pulse signal. This pulse signal is output and amplified, and then undergoes digital signal processing. By comparing it with the standard particle signal, the comparison results are expressed in different parameters. The measurement parameter setting, measurement result display, key pressing, timing, printing, time, date, data storage, etc. of the instrument are all controlled and realized by the built-in microcomputer (MCU) and touch screen. The instrument can simultaneously display the temperature and humidity of the environment and monitor and report the working status of the laser particle sensor. This particle counter is designed in accordance with international common standards (with an air sampling flow rate of 100 liters per minute), and can simultaneously detect six set particle size channels. The sampling time can be set arbitrarily according to the user's needs. The sampling data can be stored in the built-in flash memory and exported via USB on the upper computer software. This instrument has been further innovated on the basis of introducing existing mature technologies. It features high measurement accuracy, stable performance, strong functions, small size, simple and convenient operation, and has reached or exceeded the performance indicators of similar international products
