wit-2ii Aerosol generator used for drug manufacture
The Wit-2ii aerosol photometer is used for on-site leak detection of high-efficiency filters and their systems in food and drug production enterprises. It mainly checks for small pinholes and other damages in the filter material, such as frame seals, gasket seals, and leaks on the filter frame. The purpose of leak detection is to check the sealing of the high-efficiency filter and its connection with the installation frame, timely discover defects in the high-efficiency filter itself and during installation, take corresponding remedial measures, and ensure the cleanliness of the area.
The Wit-2ii can automatically switch between upstream and downstream aerosol concentrations to determine if the filter is leaking. The portable scanning probe allows the operator to quickly and accurately identify leakage points in remote locations and determine other leakage ratios. When the alarm threshold is exceeded, the display panel will show an alarm.
