Overview

Applicable to the airflow pattern video and recording of clean workshops and local clean environments.

 

According to ISO14644-3 and the new GMP, the airflow direction needs to be evaluated for the acceptance of clean workshops. Y09-010 pure water smoke generator can produce high-concentration water vapor (particle size range: 1-10um concentration above 80%), high visibility and absolutely pollution-free. When the water vapor is emitted in the clean room, there is no measurable residual substance. Y09-010 can be used in semiconductor and pharmaceutical clean workshops.
