According to ISO14644-3 and the new GMP, the evaluation of airflow direction is required for the acceptance of clean rooms. The Y09-010 pure water smoke generator can generate high concentration water vapor (particle size range: 1-10 μ m with a concentration of over 80%), high visibility, and absolute pollution-free. When water vapor is emitted in the clean room, there are no detectable residual substances. Y09-010 is suitable for semiconductor and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
