1. The PCR-dedicated clean bench draws air from the laboratory, passes it through a two-stage filtration system into the operating area, creating a clean zone, and then exhausts it back into the laboratory.
2. The system includes a positive-pressure HEPA filtration system, creating a continuous ISO Class 5 clean zone in the sample preparation area.
3. The chamber can accommodate tube racks, shelves, pipettes, a microcentrifuge, and a thermal cycler.
4. The control system utilizes an intelligent microcomputer with a blue display and digitally indicates various parameters.
5. The work surface is constructed of a single-piece stainless steel construction for easy cleaning, with sharply curved edges.
6. The clean bench features front-mounted maintenance access, allowing fans and filters to be replaced and maintained at the front of the clean bench.
7. The lighting and sterilization systems are interlocked, with a spare outlet for safe and convenient use.
