Product Description

Working principle
This equipment adopts a vertical unidirectional airflow pattern. The return air first passes through a primary filter for pre-filtration, removing large dust particles from the airflow. After pre-treatment, the air passes through a medium filter for secondary filtration, which fully protects the high-efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the air passes through the high-efficiency filter to meet the cleanliness requirements. The clean airflow is sent to the air supply box, with 90% passing through the uniform airflow supply grille to form a uniform vertical airflow, and 10% passing through the air volume adjustment plate and exiting the equipment. All airflows are processed through the high-efficiency filter, so both the supply air and exhaust air are free of residual dust, avoiding secondary pollution. Due to the stable unidirectional flow formed in the working area, dust emitted in this area will be captured by the primary and medium filters under the influence of the unidirectional airflow. The equipment has a 10% exhaust capacity, creating a negative pressure relative to the external environment, which to some extent ensures that dust in this area will not spread outside, protecting the external environment.
