1200 Degree Laboratory Ceramic Fiber Muffle Furnace
Furnace structure and materials
1.Furnace shell material: the outer shell shell adopts high-quality cold plate and is treated with phosphoric acid film salt to be sprayed at high temperature and the color is computer ash;
2.Furnace material: It is made of high-radiation, low-heat-storage, ultra-lightweight fiber furnace board assembled on six sides, resistant to cold and heat, energy-saving and high-efficiency;
3.Insulation method: air cooling;
4.Temperature measurement port: The thermocouple enters from above the furnace body;
5.Terminals: The heating wire terminals are located in the lower rear of the furnace;
6.Controller: Located below the furnace body, built-in control system, compensation wire connection furnace
7.Heating element: high temperature resistance wire;
Temperature control system
1.Temperature measurement: K-index nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouples;
2.Control system: LTDE automatic programmable instrument, PID adjustment, display accuracy 1 °C
3.Complete sets of electrical appliances: brand contactors, cooling fans, solid state relays;
4.Time system: can set heating time, constant temperature control, constant temperature time, automatic shutdown;
5.Over-temperature protection: built-in two-level over-temperature protection device, double insurance. ;
