Vacuum box atmosphere furnace KSXL-1002

Refer to: Vacuum box atmosphere furnace has the characteristics of good sealing. It is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge, a double-ended inlet pipe with a valve, a single-ended outlet pipe with a valve, a safety protection cover, and a silicone tube. It can be used in high temperature atmosphere protection experiment with high purity concentration. The furnace mouth is equipped with a cooling device, and the cooling liquid must be connected during use. Special tips for operation: (1) Equipped with a vacuum pump, draw the air in the furnace to the negative grid of the vacuum meter, release the air in the gap of the insulation layer after about 30 minutes, and then continue to pump to the bottom, and fill the falling gas to return the pointer to zero; (2) If the vacuum box-type atmosphere furnace is used as an ordinary furnace, the valve shall be opened to prevent the expansion of gas in the furnace; Connect the cooling water pipe on the furnace door to protect the sealing strip from high temperature damage; (3) After completing the above contents, set the required temperature program on the operation panel; (4) At the end of the experiment, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature drop in the furnace is within the safe range of 100 degrees. The furnace door can be opened only after the gas valve is opened. 4, Precautions A. The cooling device interface shall be connected with coolant before heating up; B. After the furnace is used, wait until the furnace temperature drops to at least 100 ºC, open the valve to vent, and then open the furnace door, otherwise there will be potential safety hazards and even personal injury.
